  Tom Tinsley

  President

  Tom is licensed real estate agent in MD, PA and WV and is your local real estate expert. He has a deep understanding of the local rental and sales markets... and has been investing in real estate since 2010. In addition to his personal investments, he also has experience in successfully managing investors rental portfolios, assisting buyers/sellers achieve their real estate goals, flipping homes, acquiring rentals and much more. In addition to his real estate career, Tom spent over 25 years managing successful sales teams at Fortune 100 Companies. Many of those years were spent in a Multi-Unit Management role, where he effectively utilized skill sets such as strategic planning, financial analysis, leading leaders, consistent performance management, inventory management processes and building loyal client bases through increasing service levels... which all led to his teams winning several National Awards along the way. The combination of his extensive corporate America sales/operational training and his real world local real estate experience have led to him and East Coast Real Estate Group LLC to be... the people to call for all of your real estate needs.

  Vice President of Operations

  Drew is a licensed Realtor in the state of MD and PA. Drew is an accomplished real estate investor who has been in the real estate industry since 2012. Drew has over fifteen years of management experience and is highly skilled in critical thinking and strategic planning. Drew’s other skills include sales, performance management, and forecast and budget management. Drew is your local real estate solutions expert. His credits include participation in a divisional leadership council for a Fortune 100 company and management for several Fortune 500 companies.

  Resident Services Coordinator

  Regina's resume includes multiple different Property Management and Client Service positions starting in 2010! Most recently and prior to join ECREG, she had done the same Resident Coordinator and Administrative responsibilities, for two years at another Property Management company. Education: Regina has obtained a Bachelor of Science in Tourism as well as a additional certification for Hospitality Restaurant Services. When you consider her education, resume, great personality and desire to assist others... we are very glad to have to her on the team!

  Penny comes to ECREG with over 5 years experience in all aspects of Property Management. She has 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren! She loves being outdoors and hiking with her dog Sheba!

  Property Manager Assistant - Washington County, MD

  Dawn got into Property Management with us in January of 2022. She has an extensive background in management of default mortgages, management over a credit card division, and has over 18 years of experience in the customer service industry. She is great with conversation and finding out your goals are, that you want to achieve. In her spare time, she likes to spend it with her family, dogs, and horses, as she is an avid animal lover! She has owned her own business with breeding and exhibiting show Pomeranians since 2011.

  Brooke has been in the Property Management industry since 2018. She has experience managing apartment complexes and single family homes. She has been married for 14 years, has 2 sons and a daughter. She loves to spend time with her family, her dogs, read, and gardening.

  Director of Accounting

  Shanna has been a bookkeeper for more than 15 years. As a previous outsourced bookkeeper, she has worked with a wide variety of businesses ranging from restaurants to pool companies. She was also a bookkeeper within the Maryland Public School System. Shanna’s years of experience attribute to her proficiency in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and payroll taxes. When not working, Shanna enjoys baking, gardening, the beach and spending time with her family.

  Bookkeeper

  Jhoanne obtained a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Management Accounting. Jhoanne's has a background as a result-oriented Accounting Supervisor with 8+ years of experience in bookkeeping and other financial or accounting reports. She has been a great addition to the team and we look forward to growing with her!

  Accounts Payable Coordinator / Auditor

  Jayson has experience in Property Management, including Admin Assistant, Support in Short Term Rentals, Bookkeeping, Receivables, Vendor Payments, Collections and is a Certified Quickbooks Pro-Advisor! He also is bi-Lingual in English and Spanish. During his free time he enjoys basketball, cooking and has a little one on the way!

  Aaron comes to ECREG with an education in construction, project management and estimating. His prior work experience, consists of managing various teams since 2009 and he really enjoys property maintenance. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time at the river, riding motorcycles, working on cars and of course spending time with his family.

  From a young age, Karl demonstrated the insatiable curiosity about learning. This drove him to pursue his studies in BS Nursing and BS Hotel and Restaurant Management. Whether it was exploring different industries, mastering new skills or engaging in extra curricular activities, he embraced each opportunity to expand his knowledge. Karl continues to embark on new adventures, he remains dedicated to personal growth and lifelong learning. His enthusiasm, adaptability, and willingness to embrace challenges empower him to overcome obstacles and strive for excellence. He has been a great addition to the team and we look forward to growing with him!
