    As the owner of Think Baseline, Megan is a creative-type who’s passionate about design and building long-lasting working relationships. She enjoys creative problem solving and bringing ideas to life through visual mediums. Working as a designer since 2002, she’s been honored with numerous local and national awards for her work. Megan currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Advertising Federation of Greater Frederick, as the President. She has served on their board since 2006, and has volunteered her time and talents to help many organizations with their design and advertising needs. In 2009, Megan opened the doors to Think Baseline, and enjoys the many aspects of being an entrepreneur.

    Briana consistently pushes herself to produce thoughtful print and interactive projects that include unique illustration. Her professional work has been featured in the LogoLounge Master Library series and Graphic Design USA, and has garnered numerous awards both locally and nationally. Briana donates both her time and design talents to various non-profit organizations in the community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Advertising Federation of Greater Frederick. Briana has worked as a design professional since 2006.
