She enjoys creative problem solving and bringing ideas to life through visual mediums. Working as a designer since 2002, she’s been honored with numerous local and national awards for her work. Megan currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Advertising Federation of Greater Frederick, as the President. She has served on their board since 2006, and has volunteered her time and talents to help many organizations with their design and advertising needs. In 2009, Megan opened the doors to Think Baseline, and enjoys the many aspects of being an entrepreneur.
