Tim is the founder and president of KTL Solutions, Inc. He provides high level guidance to our clients in order to help them better use technology within their organizations. He has an ability to understand the issue and provide a solution that best fits the client’s needs. When implementing solutions, his focus is to utilize off the shelf solutions first and customizations second.
Tim is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has over 17 years of Microsoft Business Solutions software implementation and development experience. He started implementing Dynamics in 1987 in the early years of Great Plains on the Apple Macintosh. His responsibilities include mentoring new developers, teaching accounting principles and processes to developers, and leading the development and design of custom solutions. Tim oversees KTL’s Microsoft Business Solutions vertical market business.
Kimberly (Kim) Lally
HR/Director of Finance
Kim manages the human resources and financial aspects of KTL. Her primary responsibility is to work with vendors and customers for system orders and issues as well as implementing the processes that impacts the support and communication with our customers. Kim also plays a pivotal part in creating an engaging and positive work space for our employees through events and office environment.
Colleen Williams
COO, Consultant Lead
Colleen graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from California State University San Bernardino. She has extensive accounting experience over the past years working as staff accounting and controller. Colleen has over 10 years Great Plains experience which includes many implementations for private companies. She also has extensive experience with Business Intelligence, budgeting and report writing while working on BI360, QuickBooks, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Timberline and Solomon. Colleen has worked in various industries that include: real estate, property management, timeshare sales, publishing and insurance. These various industries have given her the necessary experience to handle large company consolidations and report writing, budgeting and forecasting, project accounting, sales invoice processing, and fixed assets.
Amit Trasi
Project Manager
Amit is responsible for institutionalizing project management governance at KTL to streamline ERP implementations. With over 15 years of technology experience as a software developer, project manager, and program manager, Amit has managed end-to-end ERP implementations with Dynamics NAV and GP as well as POS implementation with e-Commerce front end. He holds extensive experience deploying POS and ERP applications at non-profits, theme parks, and museums across the United States. Amit joined KTL in October of 2013 and holds an MBA in Information Systems as well as holding a Project Management Professional certificate.

KTL FastAP
The KTL FastAP streamlines the Accounts Payable data entry process. The KTL FastAP cuts your data entry time by combining two tasks thereby, allowing the Great Plains User to enter and verify the Account Distributions on the main window. The KTL FastAP works with both the Business Essentials and Advanced Management products.
The KTL FastAP Online product supports the Standard and Professional versions of Dynamics GP 2010, and Perpetual Licensing for GP 2013.
KTL PR Security
The KTL Payroll Security provides the same security functions for Payroll windows and reports as the Human Resource module. The KTL PR Security works with both the Business Essentials and Advanced Management products. This product is also available without owning Human Resources.
The KTL PR Security product supports the Standard and Professional versions of Dynamics GP 2010, and Perpetual Licensing for GP 2013.
KTL SOP/POP Advanced Distribution
The KTL SOP Advanced Distribution adds more flexibility to the account structure of the Great Plains sales order processing system. Currently, sales order processing allows you to default the posting account from the item card, customer card or default posting account. This modification expands on that and allows the user to default the segment of the account from the item card, customer card, location, posting setup, or a static value. Just as with the SOP, POP allows you to default each segment of the account from the item card, vendor card, location, posting and static value. The KTL SOP/POP Advanced Distribution works with both the Business Essentials and Advanced Management products.

SafePay
The KTL auto SafePay application has been designed to help automate the process of creating, encrypting, and uploading positive (SafePay) files to a bank outside of Dynamics Great Plains (GP.) This process also includes your organization sending out confirmation emails. One of the many advantages of an auto SafePay is that checks from multiple GP companies can be included in a single SafePay file, which, depending on the bank, can greatly reduce costs during your upload.
KTL Scheduler
The KTL Scheduler is an application that facilitates management of multiple tasks, each with it's own processing schedule. It is designed such that it supports the addition of future integration tasks without requiring code changes to the service. The tasks are created in plug-in assembles (dll-s) and typically facilitate the integration and communication between two systems. This particular application is more for developer to developer.
The KTL Scheduler can standalone as its own product or be integrate with Dynamics GP.
SQAI
SQAI, pronounced like "sky", stands for System Queue Application Integration. KTL designed this product to be a mediator of communication between a particular source of your choosing and a particular destination of your choosing. In other words, two systems that don't know anything about one another can connect intermittently.
SQAI is a developer to developer tool and was a custom developed KTL product. This is a standalone product.

FlexQualifier
FlexQualifier is a CRM plugin that allows for more flexible process when qualifying leads. The users can easily turn on and off the plugin as well choose their settings and actions when it comes to creating entities for contact, account or opportunity. They can choose either to auto-create or make the decision at the time of qualifying on whether certain entity will be created or not. FlexQulaifier supports the following versions of CRM: CRM 2013, CRM 2013 SP 1 and CRM 2015.
